This program is primarily intended for builders and will provide an overview of multiple factors that affect the decision of how to place a house on a lot and prepare a lot for construction. Proper layout and preparation of a building site will not only result in a better finished appearance, but will help eliminate potential maintenance problems and save money in the process.
