The Pennsylvania Housing Research Center (PHRC) is hiring! The Financial & Communications Coordinator supports both the academic and outreach components of the PHRC. If you’re looking for a dynamic position with the benefits of working for a world-class university while being part of a small, cohesive team, this position may be for you!

The PHRC Financial & Communications Coordinator is responsible for a varied range of tasks including but not limited to:

  • Maintaining annual budgets and monitoring of all financial accounts.
  • Communicating to all internal and external stakeholders through digital and print media.
  • Editing and formatting research reports and grant proposals.
  • Directly supporting the Hankin Chair in Residential Building Construction with meeting preparation, student organizations, and fundraising initiatives.

Candidates must work both independently and as an integral member of the PHRC team. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. The successful candidate will travel to attend PHRC meetings and conferences.
