Description

Affordable housing options in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are in short supply, forcing various housing authorities and affordable housing advocacy groups to get creative in order to meet the demand from PA citizens. This webinar will explore some of the creative solutions that are being successfully implemented in today’s housing market and will analyze the applicability of these solutions on a broad scale throughout the state. In particular, the Centre County Housing and Land Trust (CCHLT) will present recent projects to demonstrate these points.

2. Analyze the structure of the land trust model when applied to affordable housing in PA
