Registration Types

Presenters (Two-Days)

• RBDCC Presenter (Presentation or Poster) = $655 (must register by Jan. 24, extended deadline)*

Non-Presenters (Two-Days)

• Non-Presenting Attendee = $387 (early bird rate no longer available)*
• Non-Presenting Attendee = $430 (available Jan. 11 through Mar. 12)*
• Non-Presenting Student = $215 (available through Mar. 12)

Non-Presenters (One-Day)

• Non-Presenting Attendee = $257 (early bird rate no longer available)
• Non-Presenting Attendee = $285 (available Jan. 11 through Mar. 12)
• Non-Presenting Student = $143 (available through Mar. 12)

Proceedings Only

• Proceedings Only = $225 per paper (must register by Mar. 12)

Registration Info

• The registration fee covers all instruction, light breakfast, lunch, breaks, and a conference program. Book your hotel room with the conference discount through Saturday, February 24, 2024 (Eastern Time).
• Registration may be paid by any major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express).
• All registrations must be made online, and payments must be made with a credit card. Checks, money orders, or other fund transfer methods will NOT be accepted.
• Non-Presenter Registrations beginning on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, will be charged an additional $50.
• All session times listed are in Eastern Time (UTC-4).
• Upon registering, you will receive confirmation by email. Your registration will NOT be complete until you receive your email confirmation.
• By attending the conference, you are consenting to be photographed and/or filmed for use in Penn State marketing materials.

Cancellation Policy

Registrants will be notified promptly of any cancellations or program changes. If a program is cancelled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded; however, the PHRC is not responsible for any other related costs, charges, or expenses.

Cancellations must be sent via email to Alayna Kilic, amk7662@psu.edu. Unless otherwise noted, individual cancellation charges will be in effect as follows:

• Before or on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 (Eastern Time) - full refund
• On or after Wednesday, March 13, 2024 (Eastern Time) - no refund, full program charge
